A motion to approve the rezoning was moved and seconded; the commission recorded unanimous consent. County staff noted that Jefferson County zoning actions require three affirmative votes and that requirement was met.
The rezoning consolidates split zoning on the property and allows the applicant to operate a daycare under the county’s commercial zoning rules. The commission did not record additional conditions or amendments to the approval during the meeting.
