The Fairbanks North Star Borough Assembly voted Thursday to award RFP 25074 to Design Alaska for architectural and engineering services to design a new multipurpose building at the Birch Hill Recreation Area.
Corey Beal of General Services told the assembly the RFP process complied with borough procurement rules and that Design Alaska was the top-ranked proposer. “We’re recommending approval of the award to Design Alaska in the amount of $295,380,” Beal said in the staff report.
