The Socko Planning Board on May 6 approved revised findings of fact and conditions of approval for a site-plan and subdivision amendment at 201 North Street (Map 40, Lot 21) and granted final approval for the amended plan. The board voted 5-0 to adopt findings and conditions after reviewing design and technical changes the applicant presented.
Civil engineer Matt Orr of Sebago Technics presented the amendment on behalf of the applicant, Authentic Foundations (represented at the meeting by Simon Balen). Orr summarized the project as a reduced reapproval from a prior plan with changes to stormwater infrastructure, building elevations and site circulation; staff noted the applicant had submitted an updated wastewater discharge application requested by WWRD.
