Board recognizes World War II veteran Leo Walker on 90th birthday

Commissioners and members of the Veterans Advisory Board stood with Walker for photos; Crotts described the plaque and read the governor’s letter into the record.
The recognition was ceremonial; no board action or funding appropriation was recorded in the meeting minutes. The meeting included a short photo opportunity and a public expression of appreciation for Walker’s service.
