Walton County commissioners unanimously approved a conditional-use request to allow outside storage at 2424 Lance Court, the board heard during a public hearing on a planning agenda item.
Brad Crouch, the applicant, told the board he operates a stormwater cleaning and maintenance business and plans to purchase the EDK Realty facility. “We're gonna continue on with the existing kind of property use. Not making really many we're not making any adjustments to the exterior, configuration and continue on the way it's going right now,” Crouch said.
Planning staff told the board the property is in District 2 and that the planning commission recommended approval with no opposition. The board opened a public hearing, heard from the applicant and, with no speakers in opposition, took action.
