A board member moved to grant construction approval per the Burke memo dated April 29, 2025; another seconded the motion and the board voted to approve it. No public speakers commented on the project at the meeting.
The approval allows the developer to proceed subject to any conditions in the Burke memorandum and standard permitting steps. Staff and the consultant said they would answer follow-up technical questions as needed.
