The mayor and clerk limited discussion to the specific minutes before the body and advised that a separate agenda item would be necessary to change citywide minute‑taking procedures. Commissioner Schwartz said he wanted the minutes to list speakers and public commenters without editorial summaries; the clerk was directed to review the draft and circulate proposed corrections to the commission by email. The commission then voted unanimously to defer the item to the next meeting.
