The Benton County Board of Supervisors voted to approve Resolution 25-32, the final plat for the Carver Road addition, at the May 20 meeting, allowing developers to proceed with construction on one or two lots this year.
John, an engineer with Helen Hill Engineering, told the board that the preliminary plat and a hard-surface road variance had already been approved and that the developer had obtained required documentation; county staff confirmed the resolution and asked the developer to provide covenants for the record.
A motion to approve Resolution 25-32 passed on a voice vote; staff were instructed to prepare two signed copies of the resolution and to hold off on recording until the developer reviews a draft of required covenants.
The board asked the developer to coordinate with county staff on final paperwork; the county requested the developer not to record the plat until the solicitor and staff have reviewed the final documents.
