She said Charter agreed to the change and that the public hearing was required because the county is changing the executed agreement.
Commissioner response and action: After asking whether any members of the public wished to speak (none did), a commissioner moved to approve Resolution 2025‑0142 as presented. The board voted in favor and the resolution passed.
