Probate court approves routine annual accountings for several guardians and conservators

"It does appear to be correct," the judge said and approved the accounting for entry.

Sarah Baker Court (guardian and mother) and Michael McFarland confirmed waivers and proof of service were in the file; the judge found the accountings correct and signed the order allowing the accountings to be entered.

In each matter the court recorded that notice had been given to interested parties, that the guardian ad litem had reviewed relevant accountings where applicable and that the court would place the approved accountings into the public court file.
