They presented the renewal as a stopgap to preserve meeting-video, appointment and records functionality while the county researches alternative vendors.
Commissioner Richards said the previously proposed 10% annual escalation was excessive and praised staff’s follow-up. The board authorized the chairman to sign the renewal agreement.
