The board recorded the Plan Commission conditions: (1) prior to issuance of a Wheeling business license the petitioner must obtain a building permit to enclose the rear foot massage area labeled as Room 100 into a designated massage room; and (2) the petitioner must demonstrate compliance with chapter 4.74 of the Wheeling municipal code by submitting a business-license application that includes a floor plan showing furniture and equipment for each room or area to be occupied. A business license must be obtained before operations commence.
Trustees approved the special use by motion (Trustee Vogel moved; Trustee Lang second) and roll-call vote recorded the measure as approved.
