Paul (staff presenter) told the board the FY26 tentative budget covers landscaping costs, administrative expenses, supplies and contingency. He said the tax levy on the district’s 58 parcels would raise approximately $11,606 to support the budget together with existing fund balance.
Following the presentation, the board moved to approve the tentative budget and resolution to publish the public notice; roll-call votes recorded a unanimous approval (6–0) during the meeting. The board then adjourned the Cottonwoods Maintenance District meeting.
