Kittitas County adds civil division attorney, welcomes unpaid legal volunteer

A speaker described him as "the best kind of county resource" and said he is contributing substantially to the office.
The introductions were made at the start of the business agenda during routine personnel announcements and were informational; no formal action was required beyond the introductions.
The personnel additions were presented without objection and were followed immediately by routine agenda approvals.
