Staff recommended approval subject to standard easements for an existing sanitary line and stormwater detention basins; the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval at its recent meeting.
Council members expressed support for the site improvements and asked whether the district would incur additional engineering or hearing costs; staff said typical permitting and easement descriptions will proceed and that school‑district processes will run on their schedule. A motion to approve the resolution subject to conditions carried on council vote.
