John Bosley, Belknap County facilities manager, told the Board of Commissioners that two newly installed rooftop HVAC units qualified for a Liberty Utilities rebate and that new boilers and domestic hot-water systems in county buildings have been inspected and placed into service.
Bosley said the two rooftop units qualified for a rebate of $831.60, and a pair of boiler projects qualified for a combined $6,500 rebate. He also reported the replacement of the courthouse and nursing home boilers and new boiler pumps for the nursing home, noting the county should expect decades of service from the new heating plants.
