Deputy Chief Rob Weber and staff described the agreement as a routine, recurring collaboration that helps line crews and life-safety inspectors understand building systems, fire-suppression layouts and access. Staff cited the state nursing facility on the state campus as an example of a site that benefits from annual inspection and shared information.
Councilmembers indicated they considered the agreement noncontroversial, and there was no objection to moving the item forward.
