A staff presenter explained the project and said the work was included in this year’s parks capital budget, characterizing the funding as “Parks Capital.” Council asked whether the projects would come from the non-reverting parks fund; staff said the line was Parks Capital and that the project was budgeted for the year.
Council authorized staff to solicit quotes; members voted “Aye” on the motion and instructed staff to proceed with the procurement steps. No contract was awarded at the meeting.
