City seeks tri‑party agreement with Hudson County and AR James to install eight bus shelters on JFK Boulevard

Council members asked why the county had not installed shelters previously; Scofield said she did not have the full history but noted the tri‑party approach is intended to streamline local installation and approvals.
The resolution was presented for council consideration and will appear on a future agenda for formal action.
