Motion: Approve agreement with Traditions Behavioral Health to provide on-site psychiatric services for the county's 16-bed psychiatric health facility in Chico, including conservatorship reassessments and support for crisis services; contract term 07/01/2025 through 06/30/2026, not to exceed $1,892,007. 5) Notice of Completion for Hankins Group contract (Item 4.8) Presenter: Mike Hodson, Director of General Services. Background: The county demolished a vacant building at 479 E. Park (demolition included asbestos and lead remediation, relocation of utilities and other site work). Staff reported total project costs of roughly $550,000 and that Hankins Group's contract amount for the work being completed was about $408,000; additional relocation fees for utilities and remediation were reported separately. Motion: Accept the contract work as complete and authorize the chair to sign the notice of completion. Outcome: Motion approved by board.
