Rob Carmichael, speaking for applicants Robert and Ginger, said the property will be managed by Stenger Home Management and that there are no covenants or restrictions limiting short-term rentals on the private drive. "Stenger Home Management. Brian Stenger," Carmichael said when asked who would manage the property. The applicant told the board the property uses septic service and that parking spaces were provided; the application materials list capacity to sleep up to 15 people and parking for up to 12, although a board member suggested a lower vehicle limit and encouraged the applicant to consider a five-car limit to reduce impact.
County staff recommended approval. A motion to approve the special-use permit was made and seconded; the board voted in favor with no opposition recorded.
