“Those questions had to go back to our attorney, and then they were, added as additional information to the RFP, and the date was extended,” DiCarlo said. He confirmed the RFP is posted on BidNet. Later in the meeting the superintendent’s office confirmed the modified deadline as May 8.
Board members asked whether the new date was visible on the bid posting; district staff said the original listing still showed April 17 and that they would confirm the updated date on the bid posting page.
No award or contractor was selected at the meeting; the RFP timeline is set to conclude after the revised deadline so bids can be evaluated and returned to the board for any procurement decisions.
