Wayne County notifies committee of emergency repairs to River Rouge CSO dewatering pump; RMS Energy contracted

Barrera said the malfunction occurred in April and county staff contracted RMS Energy Co. to evaluate electrical service and complete mechanical repairs and to ensure the pump would connect to standby generators so pumping would continue during power outages. When asked where the pump is located, Barrera identified it as the River Rouge CSO basin and said she did not have a street address available in the hearing.
