- Immediate consideration: DLT Solutions LLC contract addendum: The commission approved a software license, services and equipment acquisition contract addendum to a cooperative contract with two one-year options to renew (presenter introduced the item and discussion followed). Motion carried.
- Register of Deeds: The commission approved a contract addendum to transition the Register of Deeds system to GovOS after commissioner questions about removal of a liquidated-damages clause. Motion carried (see separate article for details).
- Testimonial resolutions and certificates of appreciation: The commission approved five testimonial resolutions and certificates of appreciation including recognition for Melvindale High School students, Delta Gems, and clergy; motion carried.
- Resolutions: The commission adopted a resolution declaring April National County Government Month (mover: Commissioner Veil; support: Commissioner Beydoun) and a resolution declaring April 28, 2025, as Workers Memorial Day in Wayne County (mover: Commissioner Kenlock; support: Commissioner Clemente). Both motions carried and the board was opened for cosponsors in each case.
