City Administrator Mr. Dossinger presented applications and staff recommendations for: the American Legion Matthew Brew Post No. 3 at Sanford’s Grub and Pub (167 14th St. W.) for electronic pull-tab devices and pull-tab dispensing devices; the Fort Abraham Lincoln Foundation at Paragon Bowl (1125 W. Villard) for pull-tab jars, dispensing devices, electronic pull-tab devices and other authorized games; and the Dunn County Fair Association at Fatfish Brewing (1031 W. Villard) for bingo, raffles, pull-tab devices, electronic pull-tab devices, prize boards, sports pools, poker and Calcutta events.
City staff recommended approval of each application; commissioners moved, seconded and recorded aye votes for each authorization. No further discussion was recorded.
