Details: The First Avenue crossing will include overhead-mounted RRFBs and added luminaires and advanced-warning signs; the Weyerhaeuser Way crossing will be pole-mounted RRFBs with a push-button rectangular rapid-flashing beacon and pedestrian refuge islands at both locations.
Action: Council Member Walsh moved to forward the proposed award of the 2025 pedestrian-crossing RRFBs project to the May 20, 2025 consent agenda for approval; the motion was seconded and passed.
