Commissioners agreed to have staff circulate the application again so all members could review it before the appointment vote and to place the item on the next Tuesday agenda. Clerk staff confirmed they would “queue it up for Tuesday.” No formal appointment vote was recorded during the May 6 agenda-setting session; the item was scheduled for formal board action at the next available meeting.
