Member Ozog asked explicitly for “any update on the situation with the data outage, the cyber attack on the sheriff's office and the clerk of the circuit court? And, specifically, do we have any input or what's going to happen going forward to prevent this happening again?” Chair Evans responded that it was an ongoing investigation and deferred to staff for what could be shared. A staff member said, “we'll update what we can.”
