Resident urges Housing Partnership members to attend Planning Board hearing on Holly Street project

Spencer told the partnership the building is large and would contain about 50 units and said, “it is in, the workforce housing, zone that this group has been talking about.” He said the plans are posted on the city planning department website and suggested members comfortable speaking could offer the perspective that new housing is important for the city.
The remarks were made during the partnership’s public-comment period. No formal action or collective endorsement was taken by the partnership during the meeting.
