Planning staff said the P&Z public hearing is scheduled for Monday, May 12, with a subsequent City Council public hearing set for May 19.
Elm Street parking Phase II: Staff also notified council it will present a professional‑services agreement with AIG Technical for design, bidding and construction‑phase services for Elm Street parking Phase II. The proposed agreement was described as “not to exceed $196,080” and will be on the May 19 consent or action agenda for council consideration.
Ending: Councilmembers agreed to forward both items to the May 19 meeting so the public hearings and procurement decisions can proceed in the regular calendar.
