Trustee Greaves moved to approve Ordinance 25-04 and Trustee Thompson seconded. The board conducted a roll-call vote with the trustees listed in the minutes voting to adopt the ordinance.
Staff said the kennel business would need to complete specified improvements before opening; a precise opening date was not provided during the meeting but staff said they would follow up with the board about timing.
