Commissioners appoint Luke Jacobs to Taylor Regional Sewer District board

At the meeting, Brock McVay, president of the Taylor Regional Sewer District board, said the district had four of five seats filled and had "found somebody interested," asking the commissioners to appoint Luke Jacobs. McVay identified Jacobs as "from Crossroads Community Church" and said he is the church's lead maintenance tech and "a vested customer."
A motion to appoint Jacobs was made, seconded and approved by voice vote. The board chair announced, "He is appointed," and there was no further debate recorded.
