Public works recommends 4-way stops at several Edison Avenue intersections to improve sight lines

Next steps and implementation: Staff recommended council consider option 2 (four-way stop without removing parking) at an upcoming council meeting, implement signs and monitoring, then return in a few months to evaluate whether removing parking (option 3) is necessary. Staff agreed to meet with the nearby business (Varietal/Bridal) before issuing public notices and to post advance signage if changes are approved.
