The Fall River Conservation Commission issued certificates of compliance for two previously permitted projects at 630 Current Road, confirming completion of required wetland and site work for the referenced permits.
Commission staff recommended issuing a certificate of compliance for file SC-24-661 after monitoring showed the wetland replication and vegetation had established as required; commissioners approved the recommendation by voice vote. Commissioners also approved a separate certificate of compliance for SC-24-803 covering completed work at the site (an addition and related parking improvements along Graham Road), noting two other projects remain on-site but are not part of SC-24-803.
Conservation staff said the replication component tied to SC-24-661 had satisfied the monitoring period and was functioning as wetland. For SC-24-803, staff reported the site “looks great” and vegetation has grown in since the work was completed. Commissioners moved and approved certificates for both files.
The certificates close the outstanding obligations under those two permit files; the commission will continue to monitor any separate open projects on the property if and when they come before the commission.
