Quincy council clears routine items: raffle permit, city reports and technology purchase

The Quincy City Council approved several routine items at its May 1, 2025, meeting, including a raffle permit, receipt of monthly and annual departmental reports, and the purchase of network equipment totaling $10,995.17.
