Subcommittee tables proposed ‘enhanced community records’ policy and asks for legal review

The committee voted to table the item and to request a formal legal opinion from school counsel (attorney Assad) on the proposed language. No policy changes were adopted at the meeting; the subcommittee intends to revisit the item after counsel provides an opinion.
