Chief Zivulski presented the police department's monthly report and said the department's only item of interest for the month was an incident involving an 18-year-old found intoxicated at a downtown establishment. The chief said the person was taken to the hospital and that the department will refer the case to the city attorney.
"The only item of interest probably the 18 year old that was in 1 of our downtown establishments. She'll be getting referred to the city attorney for being in there underage," Chief Zivulski said. He added the person was taken to the hospital after becoming "a little over intoxicated." The chief closed by saying there were no other notable issues in the report.
Board members had no follow-up questions and accepted the report.
