Warfield said the auditor’s office would post the required 24‑hour notice and conduct the administrative recount at 11:00 a.m. the next day. The board voted to allow the auditor’s office to open the sealed ballots so staff could proceed with the recount and stay on schedule with certification.
The board took the action by voice vote; the transcript records unanimous recorded ayes.
