The Linn County Planning and Zoning Commission on April 21 approved the consent agenda in a single motion, which included five final plats and residential parcel‑split cases: PF25-0002 (Horrocks Third Edition final plat); PPS25-0007 (Crest Third Edition residential parcel split); PPS25-0008 (Ticci Farm Edition residential parcel split); PPS25-0009 (Neatert First Edition residential parcel split); and PPS25-0010 (Neatert Second Edition residential parcel split).
Commission member Brecht moved to approve the consent agenda and a colleague seconded; the secretary recorded aye votes. Staff noted cases on the consent agenda will be forwarded to the Linn County Board of Supervisors for final approval after all conditions are met and two bound copies are filed with Planning and Development.
No members of the public asked for any item to be pulled from the consent agenda, and no oral public comment was offered on those cases during the meeting. Because the items received no individual discussion at the commission level, case‑specific details were not provided in tonight’s staff presentation beyond the case names and IDs.
