Board members discussed scheduling of upcoming meetings and agreed to solicit members’ availability by an asynchronous poll rather than hold an extended in‑meeting discussion.
A board member suggested the board solicit recommendations by email or an online poll so members could consider options and staff could present results at a future meeting. Planning staff agreed to set up a poll (for example, SurveyMonkey) and present results; members discussed aiming to address the matter at the first meeting in June unless the first meeting is not needed.
Planning staff also confirmed that because of a holiday the next meeting will fall on May 27. After handling other procedural items, a motion to adjourn was seconded and the meeting was closed.
