A public commenter said she will soon submit a proposal for a home-repair program aimed at legacy Detroit homeowners and asked the council to help connect her with Land Bank staff and other officials to collaborate on the initiative.

The commenter asked for contact help with a staffer named Tammy Daniels, said she plans to submit the proposal even if she cannot personally benefit because she does not meet program eligibility, and praised a staffer named Malia Howard for agreeing to assist.
