Commissioner Wood moved that the Planning Commission recommend council approval of the condominium plat; Commissioner Harrison seconded. With no substantive discussion or public comment, commissioners voted in favor and the motion passed. The recommendation will be forwarded to the Common Council as part of the formal plat review process.
