Graham County renews Vista Recycling roll-off contract with roughly 10% price increase

A county representative said Vista Recycling has been a reliable local partner and that changes in ownership had not affected service. Supervisors said the increase was reasonable given fuel, labor and equipment costs in the hauling business and voted to renew the agreement.
