County announces HR hires and accepts administrator evaluation after closed session

Charlotte Seager began work as the county’s human resources director on April 21, county staff reported. Other personnel actions reported to the board included Jamie Fritz, who started as deputy treasurer; Andrew Kiel, hired as a senior engineering technician effective April 28; and Scott Cables, hired as a part‑time intermittent jailer/dispatcher (start date to be finalized with the sheriff’s office).
