DRCOG advances 2050 RTP scenario planning, readies candidate project solicitation and roadway system update

Alvin Bridal Sanchez, Regional Transportation Planning Program Manager at the Denver Regional Council of Governments, told the Transportation Advisory Committee that DRCOG is wrapping up scenario planning for the 2050 Regional Transportation Plan and will begin soliciting candidate projects once scenarios and financial forecasts are complete.
The regional plan process will produce a fiscally constrained investment plan that DRCOG staff must set before running federal air quality and state greenhouse gas modeling.
