CHICAGO — The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority’s Technology and Operations Committee voted unanimously in April 2025 to place three information-technology procurement items on the full board agenda, including a proposed Okta identity-management contract, an increase to a tower-equipment contract for mutual-aid work, and purchase of EnRoute computer-aided dispatch licenses for tollway dispatch.
