Separately, commissioners approved a consulting (right-of-way) contract related to a bridge superstructure replacement project (timing and scope in the contract appendix) for $16,855 and acknowledged that the bridge work is federally funded and requires an 80/20 match. County staff confirmed the consultant is an INDOT-approved vendor for federally funded bridge work.
Other smaller procurement items approved included standard contractor lists and single-project approvals presented during the meeting. Commissioners directed staff to proceed with contract execution and to ensure appropriate federal match accounting for grant-funded projects.
