At its January meeting, the West Concord Advisory Committee approved draft minutes for June, November and December after members reviewed edits and corrected spelling and formatting issues.
Committee chair Susan (chair) opened the review and members discussed small corrections, including attendance lists and wording clarifications. Committee members affirmed the corrected drafts in a voice vote; the meeting record shows members moved and seconded the motions and recorded individual verbal affirmations during the roll-call approvals.
The committee resolved to finalize the three sets of minutes and to deliver the approved copies to Heather for posting. Members also noted the town still needs copies of additional backlogged minutes (September and October) and agreed to follow up with staff so the record is complete.
