Mayor Jerry Bridal announced several public events in April for Fountain Hills, including Music Fest on April 5, the Splash Pad opening on April 12, Coffee with the Mayor on April 14 and the Concourse in the Hills on April 19.
Mayor Jerry Bridal, speaking for the Town of Fountain Hills, told residents the town will host multiple public events in April, including Music Fest on April 5 and the Splash Pad opening on April 12.
"Thousands of people will be here and enjoy the music in Fountain Hills," Mayor Jerry Bridal said, naming Music Fest as a major draw for visitors and residents.
The Splash Pad is scheduled to open April 12; Bridal urged residents to "look for some exciting things to be happening down there at the Splash Pad." He also invited residents to the next Coffee with the Mayor on April 14 at 4 p.m. at the Tap House in Fountain Hills, saying, "Bring your questions. Bring your comments. We're very transparent, and we've averaged about 35 people on each visit."
Bridal said the Concourse in the Hills is set for April 19. He noted the show draws large crowds and vehicles from outside the area, saying it featured "over a thousand different vehicles," helicopters and military displays at last year's event and recalled seeing a Bugatti on display.
The mayor encouraged residents and visitors to attend the April events and participate in town activities.
