Council moved across the hall for the executive session; members later returned and stated that no decisions were made while in executive session.
After returning, the administration and finance committee reported a favorable recommendation and council voted to approve the resolution authorizing settlement of certain litigation involving the city. The resolution was advanced and approved by council; the transcript records the executive-session basis and that no votes were taken while the council was in executive session.
